Hi Everyone,
Well after much deliberation we finally chose Busta a friend yesterday. His new playmate is a retired racing greyhound called Snowy. I got him from the Lincolnshire Greyhound Trust who are lovely people doing great work to find suitable homes for lots of retired racers. Many thanks to Kev and Mandy for letting me bring home Snowy. He is a beautiful friendly boy and has settled in like a dream. I had prepared myself for clearing up lots of accidents and a sleepless night of him howling but he's not put a foot wrong
He slept right through the night quietly in his crate and no little accidents as yet either. What a superstar! Busta is really pleased with his new friend but has been just a little bit jealous of having to share toys and of course having to share cuddles Busta is definately top dog in spite of his size! Thanks to FinleyFooFoo for encouraging me to take the plunge and go for a greyhound
