Bwra North West Bend Bonanza

make sure Rod has extra bacon in this time all the greyhound fellas eat it before we got there last time and i dont like sausge buttys :lol:

:) weather looking good today :) we have sunshine :sweating: well it is here and I'm about 18 miles away
 
Just spoke to Louise, she says track is looking perfect, Greyhound racing was on Wednesday and again tonight so things are looking good :luck:
 
Sunday cloudy initially with occasional light rain or drizzle. Then becoming dry, and staying dry for the rest of the period, with some sunny or clear spells.
 
What time do people need to book in for ? have some friends coming from yorkshire with there lurchers,

so need to tell them the best time, as no doubt they will be late (as they always are )so can tell them a little earlyer then normal.

Its raining now hear, it started trying to rain when i was coming out of tescos

at hindley - got home and the heavens opened.
 
Weather good tonight very mild bodes well for good days racing

2morrow I'm only 2 mile from track !
 
I'm so fed up :( as we probably won't be able to come now tomorrow. Took the dogs out earlier & Scrumpy vanished for about 5 mins in the woods (after small furry things) and came back limping. On closer inspection she has somehow, probably on barbed wire :rant: managed to peel a great big flap of skin off her front elbow/shoulder :(

So she now has 12 staples holding it all together so obviously won't be running anywhere any time soon.

Unless I can find a dog sitter I don't think it's fair to have her cooped up in the van all day. And I don't want her getting all excited & jumping around on it so it looks like a Sunday at home for us :'(
