Hello there

Im getting new car big enough for Shaun (greyhound) to have good space in the boot (with guard). Lady Nelly (whippet) however will be in the back seat and I want her to be safe and comfortable.

Anyone know where I can buy a good car harness?

Any info appreciated.

Thanks

Thanks to you both. Will have a look on link jo

I got mine at Pet City or Petsmart, I cant remember which it is now as it changed its name. Around £10. they are excellent and the whippets very quickly get used to them.

Both my girls have one, they prefer to travel on the back seat rather than the crate. We got our from pets at home about £11 I think.

I got mine at partners pets, it doesnt have who made them on them, just size medium, mine are black and are like seat belt material  Good luck getting yours.

Also got one at pets at home. I took Twiggy in and tried a couple on her (different brands) until I found the most comfortable fit. One of the staff helped me and they said it was a good idea to take her in to get fitted, so maybe you could do that wherever you get yours.

Polly always travels in her cage. Tried a harness on the back seat once and by the end of the journey she had chewed through it (she was only a few months old at the time). After the same thing happened to a second harness (a smart one I got for her in New York) I gave up and let her travel in her crate, where she is happiest!!

I also got mine from pets at Home - but havnt used it for a while. They were about £11 and they come in a few different sizes and very strong too.
