When I put that birthday message on this morning I wasn't thinking about the bad luck we've been having this week :(

So this morning caravan ready to go, hitched it up drove it off the drive onto the road and all the power steering fluid just gushed out of the bottom of the car  rang the RAC and he said your power steering fluid has leaked out  do you think????? :clown: , can you fix it.....no it's the pipe and its a dealer part and off he went

So anyway we have an hydraulic firm up the road that will do a pipe any size while you wait, took and age to get the pipe off cos half the engine needed taking out to get to it, Andy sets off to get a new one ........yep the place opens Monday to friday

So here we are at home when we should be on holiday :( hopefully we might get away monday if we can get the car sorted

Aww what bad luck Lesley :huggles: hope you soon have the problem sorted and are soon on your way Monday... :luck: :luck:

vehicles have the habit of going wrong just when you least expect it... :(

Oh No Lesley, what a downer :(

Hope you can get it fixed and get off on holiday, hope Jordans not too upset :huggles:

Good luck for Monday :luck:  :luck:

what a shame, just typical isnt it,least you found out before you got off otherwise it could have happened on the motorway

im sure you will be sorted very quickly seeing you know what the problem is.

good luck for getting off on monday :luck:

Bugger - all packed and ready to go too :(

Thats a sickner for you Lesley, but look at it this way, at least you and family came to no grief when the power steering went, so there you are all safe at home, i hope you all manage to get away on Monday, if you do enjoy yourselves

keith :luck:

Still here, :( changed one pipe but need a new hydraulic pipe, can't be repaired, Andy has gone to dealers £128+ VAT  he says even if we have to set off at midnight we are going
