Garry, You look like a million dollars,Thought my initial comments had ruined the thread but glad people are joining in.

Didnt mean to sound moany. Its just a subject close to my heart.

Was a bit disapointed that the disco man didnt take my pup home as he had said he wanted to in the "most like to take home" in the show. She kept me up chewing my ears!!

Many thanks to everyone for raising some cash and for putting up with my second rate singing on sunday evening,

Jim

Hi Jim & Jacquie we really enjoyed your singing, showed the rest of us up. :b We are sure the pup has a lovely time with you. Bet you would'nt have complained if it was Jacquie chewing your ear's. :huggles: See you all soon  Luv Maureen & Tony

Why in the first picture the one with June does it say ET next to Junes head. Im not sure if it refers to me, June, or the dark shaddow in the background -the truth is out there

we've heard there are some real sexy pics of you on another whippet site-have you the web address please?

So many people say what we should do, and have bright idea but the organizers really showed us what can be done instead of just talking about it they got on with it (no names need to be mentioned we all know who you are).

Last weekend at the champs several people came up to me and said “we done a great thing that weekend” I thought that was great too because they all felt they were part of it

This wasn’t about points and trophies it was to raise money, and the total showed what a success it was- We done a great thing that weekend.

I know this is all a bit heavy but I want to share this poem, it helps me and I hope it gives comfort to anyone who’s lost someone to a long term illness

God saw you getting tired

When a cure was not to be

So he closed his arms around you

And whispered “Come to me”

You didn’t deserve what you went through

And so he gave you rest

Gods’ garden must be beautiful

He only takes the best

So when we saw you sleeping

So peaceful and free of pain

We could not wish you back

To suffer that again

I don’t know if I’m right to post this -it’s hard to do so, please post your thoughts and I hope I helped someone with these words today
