We had intended to come but Digger had niggling injuries from chasing a hare and was limping a bit last night.  Plus I had to go to work at the last moment :(
Hope he's ok now :luck:

Near Upton-on-S. I'm not sure they'll be there again, as I think they are planning to have it permanently near Newbury from next season.

Fantastic pics, thanks Lloyd. Loads of my dogs there (but then I did have quite a few entered!!).

Rae, a little test for you, please try to name all my dogs from the pics!!!! LOL!!

Well done everyone  Brilliant pics Loyd

Does anyone know who the nice lady from Cardiff is, both of her dogs ran with ours? Also, the young brindle whip in the photo above the Salukis?

Well...my best guess would be

Pic 1 - cant see one dog very well but I think it is Diva and almost certain it's Bertha

2 Jango

3 Rupert

4 Rupert

then Star (red) and Archie (white) then a few other dogs then picture 20ish - Rupert & Rhonan (but it could be Bertha  )

Then a bit further down It's defiantely TJ and Rhonan

How did I do? :b

The Welsh lady is called Gill James.

Not bad!!! LOL

Pic 1 is defo Bertha but Django rather than Diva (unfortunately no pics of Diva at all, don't know why!!)

Pic 2 Yes that's Django or Pongo as he is affectionately known!!

Pic 3, 4 & several others are Rupert (and Ronan, you're quite right)!!! How does that boy manage to get photgraphed so much!! LOL

And then definitely TJ but with Bertha not Ronan!!!

Well done, give yourself a pat on the back!!!! LOL

Me on the left with Bertha, Rae in the middle with Star and ??? (Sorry, I'm another one that is pants with people's names ........ can remember dogs OK) Elizabeth's OH with Gelert on right

It really is a good day out, win or lose!! The dogs don't know or care whether they have won or not but just love it.

It is really interesting going to different venues with varying terrain and seeing how the dogs cope. This was a field with a good covering of grazed grass but very undulating, almost like waves. TJ couldn't handle it at all and ran visibly slower in the afternoon so he forfeited speed to be more accurate so goodness only knows how he managed to get caught up in the line at the finish!!
