Finally I have got around to going through all the results and papers and photographs to provide you with the results.

Firstly, can i once again thank everyone who attended and took part in the day's events, we were very luck with the weather which provided the opportunity of increasing the number of cars through the gate to 260+, numbers were up in the terriers, racing and family dog ring, although a little down on previous years.

We had 14 terrier pups and 79 entries, 21 lurcher pups with 91 entries and the family dog ring took saw 15 pups and an amazing 196 entries!

So hear are the results in no particular order!!

Simulated Coursing Champ - Bernie Rodgers with Flete and Vanda Ross' Flint as Reserve

Straight racing Champ - Di Blight with Leia and Shane Palmer with Chopper as Reserve

Puppy Racing Champ - Bernie Rodgers with Barley and Paul Sterdy with Troy as Reserve

Terrier Racing Champ was Arnold with Dylan in Reserve (sorry no owner's names available)

Family Racing Champ - Tish Curran with Fallow and again Tish with Noodles as Reserve

In the Lurcher Ring:

Puppy Champion was Heather Wills with Faith and Res Champ was Matt Bowker with Vixen

Under 23" Champion was Pat Quant with Flight and Res Champ was Carole Harris with Gem

Over 23" Chamption was Brian Pether with Rebus and Res Champ Debbie Mumford with Mace

Overall Champion was Brian Pether with Rebus and Res Champ Pat Quant with Flight

In the Terrier Ring:

Champion Puppy was Simon Dunn's Belmen with Beth Fowler's Gizmo in Reserve

Best Entered Terrier was Jo Bright's Bear

Champion terrier was Simon Dunn's Dyson (who also took best working terrier) with Beth Fowler's bitch in Reserve

In the family ring:

Champion Pup was Rachel Bolan's Bruno

Champion was Luke Jeffrey's Tess with Kevin Buttock's Murphy in Reserve

Well done to di winning the racing with leia and maria's rebus taking the championship,

Thanks Debbie :thumbsup: Congrats to all the other winners & to Sarah & her helpers for all their hard work for running a

fantastic show, with a great financial result for the Hospice. Just wish I could had been there....Well done.
 
Just wanted to let everyone know that the pictures used in this thread (and those taken on the day for me) were taken by craig, a family friend, who is thinking of taking a photography course to run alongside his art course. He, or I, have never stated that he was taking photographs for anyone else and in particular Farlap photography and I, as the organisor of Crewkerne Lurcher & Terrier Show, take no responsibility for anyone else taking photographs at the show and purporting to take photos for anyone else but themselves.
