Hello im am looking for a friend of mine called barbara whos 63 years old and is looking for a well behaved dog or bitch small/medium breed pref cocker spaniel or terrier not fussed really. older puppy or older dog wants to give a loving home to any dog. She has no children and no pets just love and lots of time to give. Hampshire area (she lives in portsmouth) I thought id ask you guys as i know theres loads of dogs out there looking for a home. They do make fantastic pets, especially for older people & although they are 'big' in height they can still squeeze themselves into the tiniest amount of sofa space! despite popular misconceptions they are generally very docile & loving. & there are certainly PLENTY in need of rehoming. There are Retired Greyhound Trusts (www.retiredgreyhounds.co.uk) all over the UK, & of course I've got to let you know about the local rehoming charity I volunteer with: www.gracehounds.plus.com ! Hope you'll maybe consider these dogs for your friend? x

Hi Dee,
The lady I brought my bitch from is looking to rehome her Blue male whippet called Alfie. The ad is on epupz 2 days old now. She lives in Braintree Essex. I know he isn't a terrier like you asked for but give him a quick look. I've also posted on here this afternoon about him.

I have removed some off topic posts, sorry if yours has been removed and was a supportive post, it would have quoted the offending ones. I agree they were verging on bullying. Sadly some people just don't know how to be nice

The ad was removed last night, probably about the same time as I was telling everyone to look for it. I emailed the owner, she is in two minds about parting with him. He has a lot of issues because of his past and living with Lola the lively Weimaraner does not help his situation.
