our cars been at the citroen dealers since last wednesday,they phoned thursday saying they thought the problem was the sender unit in the petrol tank as the computer onboard was showing it was out of fuel though it wasnt so they needed to change it.

didnt hear anything else so hubbys phoned today to be told the mehcanic that is over our car as gone on the sick and there trying to sort someone else out to take over,fuming is a understatement im so fedup

they had had the car 2 week before with the same problem and they changed the throttle body and we was told to keep the tank filled because these cars prefer it . :rant: :rant: :rant: :rant: :rant: :rant:

:rant: i know just how you feel, my car has been in the garage for 2 weeks now, needs a new door.............we are being told there are no doors in the country and they need to order one from italy.but the people in italy are on a 2 week summer shut down :rant: :rant:

its really bad customer service isnt it,hubby read the small print last night (magnifyer in hand) and they cover themselves really well,i suppose they have to.

think this car will have to go as weve had nothing but bother with it since we bought it,think its been 6 times in the dealers in a year and its usually a week or so they keep it,then the expense of hire vans to take the dogs racing is clocking up a hell of an amount,its just stupid :rant:

hi julie,think the problem was the same as before ,just they didnt change the part they should have

graham went to the dealers earlier and the car is just near the entrance to the carpark so dont think theyve looked at it since it was towed their last week.

the manager as said it will be on the ramps tomorrow and if its not done for the weekend we can have a ordinary car to lend ,which isnt much good when youve got 6 dogs :wacko: they said they dont have anything bigger.
