Hi,

Thanks everyone for the advice back in May when our 9year old whippet Dylan was diagnosed with spine cancer.Sadly yesterday we lost him as I could not keep him with me any longer. He was uncomfortable and crying alot and I can honestly say it was the HARDEST decision I have ever had to make.

I can't stop crying and though I have my family around me nothing can pacify me.

I'm having Dylan cremated and will put him on his favourite field where I walk often with our other dog Archie.I would have liked to have him in the garden but if we moved I could never leave him behind.

My thoughts are with Merlin as well as I feel your pain also.

Thanks

Liz

I'm very sorry to hear about Dylan, as you have seen I lost my boy a few days ago so I know exactly how it feels (thank you for your own kind words for Merlin).

Here's to all the memories and the knowledge that Dylan trusted your every decision and act, including the ultimate one you made for him. :huggles:

I know Merlin trusted me and my folks and that is what has helped me to come to terms with the event.
