well done Mabel  , sorry we missed that :- "

and well done to all the other K9'ers, there were so many there today :)

it was a lovely show, loads of food and prizes, EAWC very kindly booked the sun too - I think I caught a bit of it, my face is glowing :b

Monty didn't have such a good day, he was sick on the way to the show (I think 60 miles is really far enough for him to travel :x ) then he discovered the hard way that not all dogs love him :(

he also realised that he loves his mum very, very much and cannot bear to be parted from her or even take his eyes off her  so made it difficult for me to go to the loo :sweating:

but he did have a go in the big ring, which was nice (and scary!!! ) and he did have a couple of runs around the field with some of his K9 pals, so not all bad :huggles:

Well done everyone who did well today - especially Jo & Frankie, Juley & Daisy, Debs & Bailey and Dawn & Spider. It was the first time that I had seen Spider in the flesh and she is so so gorgeous

It was a really lovely show today and I enjoyed it despite the incredibly early start and 130 mile trip

Thanks to all who worked so hard to make it so great

A very big thank you to all at East Anglia. What other show gives you a goody bag with your catalogue, a copy of Sighthound magazine, free buffet with wine, rosettes all the way down to VHC plus generous prizes. All this plus a very friendly welcome! You put all the other shows to shame.

It was a great day even though we only managed a second in racing/coursing dog with Coby and VHC in the bitch class with Amie.

Thank you.

Debbie

P.S After such a long day took Amie for a run in the field behind me. Came back covered in fox poo (including her expensive brand new elk hound collar!!!!!)

Just what I needed after a 4am start and over 6 hours of driving!!!!!!!
