It was fantastic to see how many people had battled through the nasty weather to get to our Open show, if you didn't make it or didn't enter here's what you missed.....

Firstly you missed our lovely Astroturf ring, and flower displays!

and you missed a chance to win one of these lovely rosettes

...or one of our amazing special first prizes, generously donated by our sponsors

...mmmm yum yum I can see Ali's biscuits and lead hooks, and Tina's lovely bags of goodies, and Jenny's (Quintessence) Easter Bunnies..Dawn & Juley's collars, JoK and Rachel's Coats, Yvonne's luxury squeaking ducks!

Debbie's coats with EAWC emblazoned on the corner, Alayna's easter eggs, and bags of good stuff from Pat, Phyllis & Mo of Sejoda Whippets and Railfield whippets!

The obedience ring with prizes down to 10th, organised by Sarah Connatty

A yummy lunch for all....if you weren't there you missed our delicious buffet lunch complete with a glass of wine! :cheers:

....and even everyone who actually came would have missed the sight of an RAC man trying to get into a car at the very end of the day...who locked her keys in along with her 8 whippets?.... Oh Dear Phyllis, we can see you skulking in the background.....welcome to the committee by the way, there is always room for someone super efficient who is good in a crisis. (w00t)

If you did miss out this time we do it all again in August but with CCs.

Gee thanks, Cathie. If I would have known you were putting that Rac pic on here, I would have quickly jumped behind the car. The worst part was having the dogs locked in and when we looked in, they were all looking back. It made one feel so helpless. But never mind, thanks to Alison and the RAC man it all worked out and we are all no worse for wear. I do hope that I will be more efficient and helpful on the committee.
