first time at this show and i really enjoyed it it was very well run and a lovely buffet  woody was 2nd in yearling so we won an easter egg to

As usual, a great show, and as someone has aleady said, well worth the long drive.

Fun obedience was good entertainment. Fleur did a really fantastic recall but before I could put her on the lead dashed back to see if there was any rats in the hole in the wall!!! :b but having never tried it before, was so pleased to achieve 6th place with Amie (out of , i think, 38 rounds).

Lovely prizes, good buffet and wine and such a lovely atmosphere.

Thank you to the hard working committee. I think everyone would agree, a job well done! :D

Debbie

:p

The biscuits looked and smelled great - very garlicy - Lily and Lettie thoroughly recommend them.

It was a great show -as usual - so many thanks to the hard working committee. Lettie had a go at the obedience, and although she didn't get placed I was very pleased with her score of 2 1/2. Lily won special beginners and got a bag of food and some lovely dog toys, courtesy of Irene and David Straughan

Val

We had lovely day too- Mabel won Limit bitch

And we had a go at the 'have a go' obedience and came 2nd! out of 38!

Can't believe it- I've never done any obedience with Mabel beyond puppy classes!

Once again it was a lovely, well run show, with fantastic prizes and atmosphere, and well worth the long drive

Best Bitch and Best in Show was Peggy Crosse's Jayglo Just the One

RBB Julie Candler's Welstar The Tempest with Maidenbower

RBIS Nevedith Mfa Markwiss at Marimay

BPIS Kevan Ellis's Spinneyhill Rainmaker at Railfield

BVIS Price's Silkstone Butterfly at Silkdance

Well done to all in the cards today

They went down a treat!! At least dogs don't eat things and just pretend to like them to be polite  But, as I said earlier, whippets think rabbit poo is buffet so can't really take their opinion too seriously :x :- "

Monty didn't get placed in post grad, but I was pleased with how we went so I can live with that :p :)

And he was 2nd in the stakes, which was great!! Well done to the other 4 who stayed to end, it was very brave, considering the weather we'd experienced during the day

I didn't get in until 7.45 (long story  :- " ;) ) and have got hidious cold, sorry to anyone who I had to run away from to blow my nose, and thank you to the lovely lady who asked if I was ok, cos I had a runny nose and eyes she thought I was crying :huggles:

Well done to all the K9'ers who did well today, special congrats to Anita and Ash, to Liz and Mabel, and to Cathie and Folly for their 8th place in obedience  and big thanks to the committee for another fab show

Oh yeah, there were one or two rather nice puppies around today too

Monty looking a wee bit scrummy  thanks for pic Anita :D

edited to say, what a day for the Bluestreak Babes :* o:)
