[SIZE=21pt]hi hun!!! i am great!! you ok??? just been out with the dogs and there is a massive hill that we climb up every time...normally by the time i get to the top i am sweating like a pig and think i am about to have a coronary but since i quit the puffs i got up there no problem..honestly i wasnt even out of breath...i feel sooo damn chuffed with myself :thumbsup: i feel so much better...popped round to see me mate and she had a fag in front of me...didnt even bother me.....dont get me wrong..i know i have a long way to go but i feel good abut it!!!!! its the longest i have ever gone without a fag for years[/SIZE]
