hubby got a different one off an old laptop at work, :- " unfortunately that one was worse :lol: so it's back to the original one :wacko: :wacko:

If you starve yourself, you body shuts down and stores fat because it knows it is being starved. To lose weight you have to eat plenty, but (and here's my downfall) of the right things :- "
