dropped murph off at vets cos he has a bad cut and vet found a heart murmour she will give him a lower anesthetic...he went bananas when i left him...broke my heart....poor baby

oh sarah, im so sorry to hear about Murph...how did he cut himself?

 

hope the heart murmour doesnt cause him to much grief...let me know how he is....and try not to worry (yeah right)

vet just rang and he has just come round..i will collect him at half four...i knew something was up cos she was ages listening to his heart..she was quite concerned about it...but he is such a live wire..always on the go.. never out of breath....had his knackers sorted too...poor bugger..he is probably looking down going "where they gone???" the vet said it would calm him down cos he does get a bit funny with other dogs on walks...i have set up a basket in my bedroom cos the others will hag the hell out of him when he comes home..oh cant wait to see my murph :wub:

Awwwwwwwww poor Murphy,he is in the wars poor baby.I know a few people who whippets has heart murmours and they seem to live a normal life and live to a good age.Good a big hug to Murphy Sarah :huggles: :huggles: :huggles: :huggles: :huggles: :huggles: :huggles: :huggles: he is one specail boy :wub: :wub: :wub: :wub:

thanks dawn..i was so suprised cos he is so fast and so fit..never seems to struggle..slip has a slight murmour and i notice she blows quite a bit after running but murphy doesnt...oh dawn..you should have seem him when the vet took him off he isnt the bravest of dogs at the vets but he was so upset..she had to carry him in!! bless him.....cant wait to go and get him....will put the others out they way cos they will be over him and he isnt up for that...gonna settle him in my bedroom for the night :wub:

dont know hely....stan noticed it when we were at forest..it was like a v shaped cut so when i got back i cleaned it and covered it up but in the morning the flap of skin had shrunk back leaving a gaping wound..was looking infected too....knew i should have taken him straightaway not fanny around trying to sort it myself

Went to Clairs yesterday and saw Trac and Jane again :huggles: had a good old natter and after jane had left me clair and trac took Star and

Bluebell for a walk :wub: :wub:

Star certainly took a likeing to Blubell :b :lol: :lol:

Sooo hot here...gypsy was sick twice yesterday and is really NOT liking this weather........trying to keep her in the shade but the silly cow keeps lying in the sun :wacko: ....she is wandering around the garden panting like a good un :blink:
