I've been to a show run by a rescue centre too today, but no pics!

 

several Greyhounds, one looked like Lil, that dreamy soft expression :wub:

i like that description of lily clair..it sums her up perfectly :wub:

Awwwwww lily is the sweetest looking little girl, its because she's the same colour all over somehow, but she's just so pretty, Slip don't look like she's going to move for sometime to come!!

had a good time at the dog show..it was to raise money for the charity that rehomes dogs..was lovely to see so many dogs rehomed..some real tearjerker stories about their plights and makes you all warm inside to see so many people that care..anyhoo,enough of my rambling..some pics!!

i would have loved to have taken all the dogs clair...i got so much attention for flynn and slip...people loved them....off to a greyhound rescue charity show tomorrow and kids will be with me so we can take them all to that one..walking distance too so really looking forward to that one...will be lots of pics i am afraid!! warn ya now

oh i have had a horrible night's sleep..again :angry: got woke up by late night revellers shouting and bawling up the road who decided to stop right outside mine and shout and bawl some more...i was laid there with 2 pillows over my head trying to drown them out..even at the risk of suffocating myself...then the bloke over the road copped the nark cos the next thing i heard was "WHY DONT YOU ALL :rant: OFF!!" ..give the revellers their due they did go..not quietly though..just getting fainter and fainter as they went on their way..well that was it then...couldnt get back to sleep :wacko:

bought myself some lillies the other day cos i was feeling sorry for myself and they have just opened..the smell is so strong..too strong in fact...making me feel queasy :x

Oh Sarah isn't it horrible when that happens...not that we have too many revellers in Box :lol: but we did have a drugs raid 3 doors down in the week!..I wouldn't have been so surprised if I didn't live in an old peoples complex and the guy arrested was 71 :wacko:
