going to a stop smoke session at boots tomorrow....get patches cheaper there..messed up yesterday..bought another pouch of baccy :b god i am useless!! so hard to quit....gotta do it..i really do....half ten tomorrow...thats when i quit :thumbsup: everyone is on at me to do it so i cant let then down....the fact that i am asthmatic should be enough to stop me shouldnt it?? you would think so...but nooooo, sarah keeps on puffing.....has anyone been to a stop smoke class before??

aww hun i bet its hard to know what to do in a situation like that aint it ,iv never had that prob as my kids alway tell me when they have taken money outa my purse cheeky buggers as they are ,but i always tell em no need to steal just ask if i got it they can have it if i havent they cant :)
