  sorry need to have a rant about the postal service im still waiting on mail from 2weeks ago and today iv been sent a cheque that was posted yesterday ,but same person pasted a cheque day before and i havent recieved it yet  work that one out "POSTAL PEOPLE GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER " :p

Yes Nicky my hubby gets parcels and packages all the time, he works from home too sometimes ....suppose it depends which part of the country the post comes from. I ordered a small item a couple of weeks ago.....it took over a week to get to me (not from you I add :) )

They keep having the odd strike here and there... :- "

but take for example I ordered a biking accessory via internet, for my son yesterday and it came this morning....hows that for service.  bit baffling though sometimes...

i can't explain the back log, as our office seems pretty much back to normal within a couple of days of a strike, everything that is waiting in the office to go out tomorrow came in today, our backlog is clear, can't speak for other offices though :(
