I wasnt going to post this here after the slating i got last time for mentioning it, but have changed my mind.....

 

 

I am looking for a new home for bean, through no fault of her own she needs to find a forever home. I have tried to make things work between her and my other whippet Tilly, but they arent.

 

I have cried, worried, tried lots of things and finally decided she needs to find a home where someone is home most, if not all of the day.

 

I have emailed the breeder and i am waiting for contact from him, and other K9 people have put out feelers for a new place.

 

She is a blue bitch (she is having her first season at the mo, so will need till wait till that is finished) she is 13 months old. I would perfer her to go to a racing/coursing home, because she needs a lot of stimulation. it would be nice if it wasnt too far away from us so i could still get to see her sometimes (Dispite what you may think it is breaking my heart to let her go)

I dont think you did get a slating last time you asked for advise Kim I think people were very supportive of you.

I wouldn't limit her chances and be too hung up about a racing/coursing home for her as if she is getting plenty of regular exercise it should be enough for her. She wont miss it as she hasnt done it already has she?

Yes she has even though she is new, i think she will do really well, so am exploring those avenues before anything else

Ive also replied on the other thread....but very good luck in rehoming Bean :luck: and sorry it didnt work out for you. I do hope a K9-er gets her - it would be lovely for you to still see hows she getting on)

Well i would like to thank a number of K9 members (not sure if they want a mention) who have been working behind the scenes trying to find a new home.

 

I have been contacted by a few peole one of which sounds fantastic, and i am in email contact at the mo. Its just a case of whether their whippet will be ok with bean.......
