Fantastic news!  So wish my rough collie had been found when he was stolen (2 years ago on 21st Dec).  Every day I wonder what happened to him and hope that he was not brutally killed when they realised that he was an old chap (14 years old) - we are certain it was gypsies that took him and they can be so very heartless.

Wonderful, fantastic news about Gilly, heartfelt thanks to everyone involved in searching for her.

So sad though to read Emily's post ... we had a cat go missing (he absolutely never strayed) and you just never stop wondering what happened to your pet. Very sorry Emily about your old lad. It's just a possibility that they abandoned your dog and someone took him in? I know it's an outside chance, but it's a chance all the same ... we took in a dog nearly 20 years ago who had been abandoned, probably "for a laugh" on the moors outside Huddersfield. He was an old dog too when abandoned, and we still have fond memories of him.
