Complete shock, out of the blue, no real big family history, never smoked, hardly drink, would like to be thinner but BMI of 25 so not obese.

I'm being very well looked after by my family and friends, hospital care was fantastic, how lucky for me to have a brilliant Heart and Chest hospital 15 mins down road.

So I'm recovering (off work for some time :b ) and will hopefully become more fitter than I've ever been in my life with the Cardiac Rehab programme.....move over Amy Whinehouse :D

poor Ella is confused, usually at work with O.H in the wagon, but now off with me and can't understand why I'm slower than her on our little walks for now :(

think she's enjoying lying in her bed 'til midday tho' ! (that's not when I get up BTW)

Oh Julie thats not good, I hope you are well on the way to recovery and, yes k9 is a great way to recuperate!

Good Luck and best wishes x

Oh my goodness  I'm glad to hear you're on the mend though!

I'm sure Ella is loving the extra time with you so take it easy and enjoy the rehab plan :D

You'll be fit as a fiddle in no time at all

crikey, what a scare,

it's a bit of a drastic way just to get to spend more time on k9

seriously though, glad you are home and ok with Ella to look after you :D

hope so ! currently I sleep almost as much as a whippet !

I actually thought I was having a stroke, thanks to that advert on TV I got an ambulance sooner.

It's all been due to PCOS, next time I'm not having ovaries, I'll have underies and come back as a man !

Any ladies with diagnosed PCOS pm me if you want.

Wow your a lucky lady, i hope you

quickly improve and feel better :huggles:

So sorry to hear that Julie, bit so glad you are on the mend. PCOS = Poly Cystic Ovary Syndrome?????? So, does it go with heart attacks then? I can't imagine what the link would be, but interested to know. My sister in law had PCOS years ago, and thought she wouldn't be able to have children - she went in for an op, and guess what they found when she was in? Yes, she was pregnant!!

You take it easy, and just have gentle walks with your whippy - she will be happy to wait for you I'm sure ;)

That must have been an awful shock ... wishing you a speedy recovery :huggles:

Oh what a shock, good job you acted quickly

Sending get well hugs from Harry and Cilla :huggles:

Take it easy
