I really enjoyed it, were there non-peds running or was it all greyhounds? I must admit I got a bit lost when the trap man got beaten up, and who was to blame? Also, the lady who had the baby in the morning and was at the track later the same day (w00t)
Ah Joanna they are very strong women up north two fags and a quick push and out pops the baby.

Must be Roy, I spent 24 hours in labour and then had him pulled out with a massive sink plunger :- "

The programme was an insight, but not sure I would cut it with it the cheating and suspect tactics. I watched it for a second time tonight, and came to the conclusion , if there's money involved, and no governing body, you take your chances and use your fists if the chances fail. Give me a civilised Sunday afternoon with mates any day, bit of fun and a pint is our preferred. Great, great documentary though, needs two watchings to appreciate the fantastic characters on the track. We laughed out loud but felt quite sad at the same time.

That's what my Mum keeps saying, along with 'it's just like shelling peas'

The irony that I'm the only child is not lost on me. ;)
