I am so gobsmacked i had to share this, i still cant beleive someone would bother doing this, you've got to laugh (w00t)

About 12.30 last night Honeybee suddenly leapt off the bed & started barking. Then the other dogs started low growls & barks. I got out of bed & heard a funny scraping noise which i thought was coming from the garden so looked out but could see nothing.

Then my neighbours dog started barking next door & Honeybee was going frantic at the bedroom door. I went out, turned on the lights & went downstairs to the landing & looked out of the window overlooking the front door but couldn't see anything.

Honebee was still doing low growls the other dogs & my neighbours dog had gone quiet so i guessed maybe it was a cat or a fox that had disturbed them so went back up to bed & thought no more.

This morning i went outside to try & clear the drive way of snow & guess what the noise in the night was????

Someone had stolen my full size wheelie bin complete with rubbish from outside the front door!

Now i know there are obviously some desperate folk about BUT ....c'mon a wheelie bin AND its got my address written on every side in black indelible marker!

I can only assume they have taken it to put in their back garden? The tracks in the snow go all down the drive way to the road & then disappear, so either they had a van there or they have wheeled it up the middle of the road on the ice.

The mind boggles but i can only say if they have taken it to give to someone as a Xmas present ...............GOD HELP THEM!

Had to laugh at this. A couple of weeks ago we went out very early! It was rubbish collecting day and someone had REMOVED my rubbish and replaced it with sacks of *hitty nappies! I don't mind them adding the bags if there is room in the bin but to remove mine! (They only collect from bins, won't take any extra). I bet it will appear on ebay( yours, not mine!).

what they do round here is steal wheelie bins empty them then rob a house and use them to transport their stolen goods (under the age to drive obviously)

...well that really takes the biscuit....... (w00t) whatever next?

Nothing surprises me. I caught a chap dumping black sacks beside our rubbish. On challenging him he said he alway put his rubbish here. I told him no way, remove it or I will call the police, he took it away. I wonder how many other people he dumps his rubbish on!!!!!! What a cheek.

Oh no!!! I never thought of this! I bet you are exactly right, i often see young lads riding round on pushbikes with makeshift carts tied to the back of them with all sorts in that they have obviously nicked!

I hope if the police find the wheelie bin after they dont think its me, as its got my address on!
