where as jrt come in all sorts of shapes and sizes, parsons are slightly more leggier and are squarer, hope that is the right definition, no doubt some one will be more define about them

Just wondering what this post has to do with Whippet SHOWING  :wacko:

Lana , numnuts over here are paying £600.00 plus for designer crossbreds , that so obviously can t be KC regd  . and most of them have no clue have they are even going to look as adults . or what side they will take  :- "

Weve a client who has a westie X poodle , and it looks as though all the westieis coming out , nasty little bugger at 4 months it is  :eek:   datftor what .but while the are folks paying these prices they will keep breeding them  :rant:

And how many of them will end up in an RSPCA shelter :rant:

i have kc reg parsons that are shown and raced , and a health tested stud dog .but as the breed has only been kc reg for about 18 years there are still pure bred dogs that will never be kc reg as a lot of the working kennels dont believe in it ,which doesnt make them any less of a dog ;

:thumbsup:

thank you for your post to some people if they have'nt got a kc pedigree there not worth anything, but my terrier is worth much more than what i paid for her infact money doesn't really come into it, she is a lovely dog to own

i paid £50 for my jrt 11 years ago before they became popular. i really cant believe how much the have gone up!

u know b4 the film the mask came out i rarely saw another jack, within 4 months every man and his mate had one and they were all called milo...even one of the girls lol.

I have seen a couple of litters advertised on the Gumtree site this week and they look and sound very well bred, its worth having a look and the prices were between 200 and 300. Good :luck: i hope you find the right terrier your looking for. Clare :))
