Following on from the thread about 'can't believe what I just witnessed' .... Has anyone else had to deal with confrontation whilst out dog walking on here? If so, how did you deal with it??
 
I train people in confrontation (or how to have 'difficult' conversations). One of my clients calls it 'how to tell someone to go to help so the look forward to the trip'.
