Great topic, I love looking at the old pics, the funny thing is when you look at the dogs as a photo, they look almost like peds, when i saw Sing On and good as Gold in the flesh they were quite stocky. the photo of little tippsy makes here look like a ped yet when mated to blue Peter she produced Rch Our rosie 19 lbs of short legs no nose built very stong, and could she fly, still the fastest thing I have ever seen,

and she was 6 years old then.

Malcom - thanks for the info. I have got Breedmate too. I swapped to K9 ped a while ago because I get on with it better for what I want to do. I have been doing a pedigree database for the last 20 years and have copies of all the Breed Suppliments/kennel gazettes going back to 1930. And yes, I do know exactly what you mean about false info. Dogs registered with the same name are the most confusing. its gonna be even worse with the non-peds I expect.

I have been working on updating my book which came out about 12 years ago called 22 years of whippet racing by AudreyJohnson. It was from 1968 - 1990and now I have updated it until last year. I have 20 pages of breeding of all the BWRA and FED champions if thats of interest. I am about to go to a publisher with it as it includes a lot of other facts and figures

White Diamond was snowflakes litter sister, when snowflake was mated to wishy Was, it produced Rch Nip 16ld black dog. Whisy was then mated white diamond, which produced Rch Chilworth storm 23ld Blue dog.
