I have two springer spaniels; a 20 month old and a 12 month old.
The 20 month old is able to jump to catch his ball, to get on to the sofa and can stretch up to get your attention!
In the evenings when he is tired however he struggles to get on to the sofa - he’ll put his paws on the sofa and really pull himself up, sometimes needing a hand - I’m wondering whether this is just tiredness or whether he may be over doing it during the day, perhaps having a toll on his muscles/joints.
I’d be grateful for any thoughts on this.
