Thanks Jan - Will have a busy day tomorrow - stable visit in the morning to see Choristar on the gallops followed by a trip to HoE WRC in the afternoon - should be a great day

Will let you know how see gets on.

Dave

That would be good - especially if you take the camera too. ;) Choristar looks in great shape.

Hi Julie,

Yes will try and get plenty of photos - much easier uploading them to K9 now I have got a Photobucket account.

I am sure she will love chasing the lure - she certainly has a taste for chasing rabbits (and anything else that moves for that matter!) - catching them or getting even close is another matter

Well we took Kiah to the HoE PWRC meeting on Saturday and we all had a great afternoon.

We were made very welcome by Dave, Henry and the other regulars and Kiah to took it all in her stride. She is too young to chase the lure at only 4 months but we will be taking her down again to progress her experience of the other dogs, the noise, the traps etc and we have our own little lure to drag around at home to keep her interested.

The whippets raced around a 240m course with a bend with a stiff uphill finish and we had some great finishes - well done to little 16lb Piglet who did really well and won the final.

Hopefully Kiah will be trialling next Spring.

Unfortunately no photos as camera got lost the night before on a walk - dont ask me how
