The weekend was fantastic. We had an amazing turn out of people from far and wide with all sorts of dogs , some new to the showing world and others far from it.

We even had the weather on our side for once!!! It was glorious both days. :lol:

The field was set up on Thursday and Friday thanks to Woody (fitcher) and the guys from the Beagles. I went down on Friday to help out and camped with my Mum, sister and brother along with Tish, Jo, Graham and Carol who also camped all weekend and there were several other campers Saturday night.

We had a few little hiccups on Saturday morning with the lure in the first few rounds of the coursing but thanks to everyone’s co-operation and patients we soon ironed them out and the rest of the weekend went smoothly . Saturday night we had a great evening with a big bbq, bar and a band playing - everyone had a good time and got a little tipsy!! Lets say that some were feeling a little worse for wear the next morning!!! :x

We had loads of lovely cakes thanks to Woody’s mummy, pasties, cream teas, tea, coffee etc and the bar was open all weekend…..much to Graham and Burnies delight!! We also raised a good load of money for a great cause - The Lambo Beagle….so I would like to thank everyone who came, spent their money and took part in the weekends events.

Linda and Keith really wanted to come down but just couldn't make it in time....fortunately for me Shane turns into Lewis Hamilton behind the wheel of a car so we got there just in time!!!! :sweating:

gutted we didnt make it down from wales . looked a fab weekend . bbq and bar looked very inviting . next year hopefully
