Never posted before on this site. Last Saturday at Blackwood fun dog show we met Nicky and Lilly, who told us about the forum so hello and heres a couple of pics from the day

Dotty and Duke are both gorgeous. :wub: :wub: Dotty's collar is really pretty. I keep having a look at the Celtic Hound website as my two girls need new collars. :-

Thanks all! yes the collars are from celtic hound. How sad am I asked for them as a birthday present from the OH couldn't afford them otherwise (w00t) . Dotty is 2 we had her as a pup, that's where the whippet addiction started! Duke is 5 we had him from greyhound gap and he's the best rescue anyone could ask for, couldn't dream of being without him now! They are the most perfect beautiful funny loving dogs we could ever wish for we are soooo lucky!!

Yes nicky I think duke was quite shall we say 'excitable', with Lilly :wub: Had a look at some of the photos of your lot OMG how gorgeous are they! Sadly i have to work this weekend but I'm gonna try to finish early Saturday to catch the tailend of the show at Blackwood. So maybe whe'll bump into you so Duke can try to molest poor Lilly again. He looks a lot better now than he did when I met him when he was one decidiely chubby whippet.

i know i can't wait to meet mara is she number 7 then? You lucky girl! struggling to keep up! I'm working on the OH for a 3rd Id love a whippet crossed with an iggy but not doing too well at the mo! . Im working till 4.30 on Saturday but hoping with luck :luck: to finish earlier hopefully I'll get up to Blackwood in time to enter a couple of classes and see lilly and your gorgious new little girl :wub: take care Sue x

I know what you mean he was massive! have a look at the gap site rehomed dogs p3 to see the difference. he's still a big dog, but now has soo much more energy and you can feel his rib cage so he's now on normal rations! he's such a lovely dog all credit to gap!
