Yes nina - looks the very same one to me.

I'm obviously NOT implying anything before anyone gets the wrong end of the stick, just wondered if perhaps i was mistaken?

Nina

having now looked at the previous posts im sure your not mistaken i don't think there are two people selling a fed fawn ig called Red that lives in a heated outside kennel price £750.00 and having had a sad family illness, it would be an icredible coincidence

What's going on then? Is someone pulling a fast one? (apologies now if that's not the case)

Foe those who do not know about Red,,go to the Italian greyhound forum and look under ITALIAN GREYHOUND FOR SALE,,,,

Very sad story :(

My point i think Nina is aware this is the same dog (you would have to be very naive not too) and is stirring the pot again,

Leave her alone to rehome her dog

Get off your high horse!! As i've stated i'm NOT implying anything!

Maybe i'm mistaken, in which case i stand corrected.

Merely asked if it looked familiar or was i maybe mistaken. I do not need to stir a pot, thank you.

There maybe a genuine good reason for this & i'm not doubting that so kindly keep your comments to yourself until you know the facts.

Nina

Wow, have just read that entire thread and I'm exhausted! Agree that it's a very sad story. Good that the bad feeling seemed to be resolved in the end. The dog apparently found a lovely new home tho, which leaves me confused as to why the ad has re-appeared. Maybe it's been re posted by mistake, or am I being very thick?! (wouldn't be the first time :b !)

I'm sure he found a "wonderful" home & all is well that ends well.

Nina

maybe it was re-posted by ad company in error? hope so :(

didn't the previous 'Red' have a connection to hertfordshire?

That's what I wondered. Anyway I'm out of this now, hope for the dog's sake that it resolves itself soon :))

Horr5ible thought but.............maybe if it is the same IG boy he has come back to the original owner? The new home might not've worked out and the original owner is now having to go through the rehoming process all over again!

Lets hope not for the sake of the IG :(

As mentioned by Doris it could be an Ad error, lets face it would'nt be the first time they've got something wrong (w00t)

Why not Pm Tanya and ask her I'm sure she'll tell you

I'm not trying to be funny but if this is the same Ig then surely if someone was willing to pay that amount for him then it is more than likely going to be a good home.

Maybe the owner desperately needs the money (which isn't really any of our business).I mean people will only pay what they want to pay for a dog.

My Whippet puppy was priced far more than I have ever seen one priced at but because she was exactly what I wanted I paid. And I have been told I was stupid to pay that amount since. It was worse when the breeder reduced the price of the rest of the litter as they got slightly older.

To be honest if money was no object I would've bought Red.
