I woke up at half two this morning feeling sick and im still like

it Every time i move my head to quickly i have to get to the

bathroom quick :x

 

I've been laying on the sofa with Kaya licking round my face and

Alba'a big body nearly suffocating me. Sada is watching from the

other sofa with her 'you love them better than me face on'

 

What joy...............

Sounds like a touch of vestibulitis (ear inflammation) - causes dizziness & nausea.

Its horrible, like being drunk but feeling terrible. The only way you feel reasonable is to keep you head still!

I take stemetil prescription drug or sturgeron travel sickness pills. It's your inner ear that is the problem, that keeps your balance. My Dr says it is an inner ear virus and once you've had it you can get it again.

Do hope you are feeling a bit better, it really is a nasty thing to have. :flowers:

Well i haven't been to the bathroom for an hour now,

im so thirsty im going to try a cup of tea.......dont

know if i should have camomile or peppermint

 

My sister was like this saturday so i think its some kind

of virus you know

She was ok after 24 hours, so im hoping for the same.
