Our Lucy, Sudalaw Cool Dawn, had her first taste of showing on Saturday at Newark and we were very pleased with her. Although unplaced she aquited herself well and just needs a bit more time to develop and fill into herself. The judge gave us some nice comments and useful advice afterwards and she will come on for the experience.

She now heads for Staffordshire in late May.

Thank you all for nice comments about Lucy. It was my first show too so a little nervous

Rachel she was very well behaved but had a slight misdemeanour when at the end, she noticed my husband ringside taking photos and somehow did a ballet dancer style piroutte, combined with an Olga Korbut type back flip, slipping her lead and racing under the fence to find her Dad !! Shame no photos of this marvellous display of athleticism were taken else we would have put them on here. :b

It gave everyone a laugh at least !! Next time David will stand ringside with long mac, trilby and false beard.
