Have just bred a litter of first cross blue merle border collie and ped whippet, so i know i'm biased but I think these are the best......................they are so gorgeous. Mam and dad are good rabbiters, but think the one we keep we might try with flyball too. If anyone is interested please pm me.

These are the pups at 4 weeks old.

Hello,

I'm new here but this is a nice topic to introduce me and my dogs. I'm in Canada where Lurchers are hard to come by but I did manage to get my little "Foxy". She is a sport bred Cattle Jack/Whippet X. Looks more Cattle than Whip but runs like hell!

I also have "Puzzle" a six-month old Longhaired Whippet pup. Some call him pure bred, some call him a Lurcher, I just call him a darn good dog. LOL :)

my partner was a hunting chap ferrets, guns, lurchers etc he will only have collie x grey now, he prefers a 1st cross, but depending on where he had permission a 3/4 grey 1/4 collie.

no offence longstone lad, your dog is lovely but we had a dog that looked like yours it wasnt collie in it,like we were told .it was german shephard.
