hi kim i think ,its well worth what abbie is asking for them to be honest as i dont think people realise how much time and effort us sewers put into making our stuff theres the fabric cottons excet and elec and velcro ,which by the way costs a bloody fortune and then wer lucky if we make £2/£3,and hour for making it ,would you get out of bed and go to work for £2/£3 and hour i dont think so , so all in all unless your mass produceing it and getting fabric in ridiculas amounts to minimise the costs ,we dont actually make much at allkim & Tilly said:animalady said:hi thank you for that - yes i am patenting it so watch out!!!!!!!!!

Its a little bit more than i would want to pay for a lightweight rain coat, i think £10 plus P&P is the most i would pay, because i could get a fleece rain coat for £14
Just my opinion, great idea though
Perhaps you should go on Dragons den with the idea (w00t)

I know you can never get back the amount you put in, in time, i do understand that.
I also sew i made racing jackets which took ages to make but you couldnt sell for much.
I wasnt having a go just giving an opinion
