Hi all

Sorry for not posting for ages, but Macey's improvement seemed to have slowed down and I did not want to bore you all.

Anyway today is the first time she came down the stair all on her and I have no say in the matter - I just had to take my heart out of my mouth!!!!

She is wobbly in the morning, but that is to be expected she is a female!!! She runs straight but again wobbles when she is walking. The only strnage thing, but is can be funny is when she is dreaming she goes mental!!! Twitching etc!

Again thanks for all the texts, pms, mail etc, dont think we could not have done it without you all. xxx

Glad that shes still improving even if its slowed down abit(which it will) then she'l just get stronger..peggy still has trouble with stairs and going down hill and walking..she finds in easier to trot because of her balance..which is normal with this sort of injury

So pleased to hear of Macey's progress Linda :thumbsup: Isn't it wonderful when they do something right out of the blue and surprise you, - I bet it made your day! If you remember, Macey had her accident the day after Flo had hers, and she too has had a 'static' period where nothing much seems to have happened for a while, so I'm guessing it must be normal with these kind of injuries. Like Macey she is also stiff in the mornings! (We haven't tackled the stairs yet though! :- )

Think back to your first post and you will see how far you've come since then, - sometimes it's easy to forget when you are so close to her each day. Good luck, - little Macey is one brave girl, - and well done to you. :luck:
