Hello,

Since discovering the wonders of magnetic collars for Vader & Tie and also magnetic bracelets for myself and OH, I've decided to become a distributor - so if anyone would like a 'bioflow' cat or dog collar, human braclet, etc please PM me :D

Thanks,

Rae.

Good for you Rae!!

When we had our pet food delivery business,i sold Bioflow products too.Every animal or human that had one benefitted from it,including me & OH,& I sold a lot!!!

Yeah - I have a host of clients who swear by the bioflow collars. If it works, I won't argue with it!

Having said that, when I was younger our old GSD cross bitch developed severe arthritis, so we got her a bioflow collar. She promptly died. I don't THINK it was the collar ...!!!!!! (She had a massive stroke, and didn't recover well enough to have any quality of life, so she was PTS, bless her soul).

I tried one for over a year . all I got was comments like ` why have you got two watches on and a green wrist !!

No good to me at all im afraid :(

Thanks for the positive comments (and I hope it wasn't the collar ILKC!)

Jax - was it a bioflow bracelet? - some of the cheaper magnetic bracelets can leave a green mark, but mine is stainless steel and quite fancy - hasn't left a mark and looks pretty ;)

I got my bracelet because I could barely walk for 2 weeks after taking up horse riding again.....my friend let me borrow hers the next time and I rode and I really couldn't beleive that I wasn't stiff afterwards. I hung on to hers as long as I could but when she prized it off my wrist I had to get one of my own. :b

OH claims that his 'groin strain' has gone, but he has also been my EFT Gpig, so that could have helped also....

(w00t) Isn't that more information than we needed? What's EFT, or am I being a railway sleeper again (planks are so old hat! )?

Seriously, good :luck: with the new venture and I may be asking more about it for meself! :D

Jax - was it a bioflow bracelet
Yes , it was , and if i rememeber not cheap either . I still have it in my car, as Im too mean to discard it completely . It was handy the other week when i dropped a tup full of tiny nails in the garage , the magnet still works !!! ;)

See - good quiality bioflow product - magnet still works

Must have been a copper bracelet then, but it's the magnets that are 'magic', so gold, silver, stainless steel etc work just as well.

Rae, I'm going to be even more thick than Hilary's railway sleeper and ask for more info on bio-flow. How, what, why, and which ailments???

Might be interested in trying one, if you can convince me - although I hasten to add that I DO NOT have groin strain (w00t) I've seen bio-flow collars mentioned by lots of other K9-ers and wondered what they were and how they worked.

OK here goes Helen....

'Bioflow' products have magnets in them, and magnotherapy is generally accepted by the medical profession to help releive pain. It works by creating a static magnetic field (central reverse polarity) and as the blood passes through this field the magnetic plusing effect it causes is beleived to maintain a balanced pH and also maintain good conductivity in the cells. This apparently releives pain, and also promotes good health.

Obviously magnotherapy can't claim to reduce artritus for example, but it can claim to help releive the pain that it causes. The collars can therefore be helpful as part of a holistic treatment, or to provide pain relief if the condition is mild.

Eg, Obi used to have accupuncture (he was horrifically injured while he was a puppy and suffered from a painful jaw and neck for the rest of his short life) - and the accupuncture worked really well for him, but he needed it frequently. When I put a bioflow collar on him I noticed that the length of time inbetween each session was greater than before, so somehow the magnotherapy helped to prolong the effects/releive the pain for longer.

Vader inherited the collar after Obi died, and I did notice him improve with it, but he has also had to have other treatment for his arthritus in addition to the collar.

Tie also has one, and she is no way near as stiff after walks as she was (after only 2 days of wearing it)

I think they are brilliant products, and firmly beleive that they work because I have seen the improvement in my dogs (who obviously can't tell lies) and also myself.

Not sure if there is any benefit for Josie though as she is young fit and healthy, but it wouldn't do her any harm.

All products have a 90 day guarantee - so after 90 days if you don't notice a difference you can return the product and get an 85% refund.

Oops - sorry Hilary didn't reply to you - EFT is either madness or magic, depending on your own take on it - but it basically involves 'tapping' certain points of the body, which are pressure points, and it can help with physical and emotional problems.

Can I just also say that OH's groin strain is an old football injury :p

Thank you. Being a bit of an airhead, I think I'll need to read that through a few times before I grasp it! No, you're right, I don't think there would be any benefits for Josie yet, but it's certainly something to consider for the future. With humans, ie wearing your bracelet, does that just have a local effect, or can it help aches and pains in other parts of the body?

Edited to say - oops, just realised where you'd have to wear it for 'groin' strain if you have to put it near to the affected area :p I was actually thinking more of knees and feet!!

LOL

The bracelet does help the whole body. When I first put mine on I could feel a tingle and a warm sensation go up my arm, but it was my legs that were aching and they haven't bothered me since. (Honest!)

If you have a severe problem then you can get products that you can use locally too. (Depending where it is ofcourse :b )

So how much do you sell your bracelets for, Rae? Perhaps you could email/PM me with a price for something simple in silver/silver-colour... I've had a bit of a window shop on the internet and the prices seem to vary enormously! The cheapest I've seen was a silver-plated plain silver band (my choice :b ) for £15.95, right up to more than £100 (w00t)

And what's the advantage of the "Now with SIX magnets!" banner that some of them seem to have?

Are you still a bio flow rep Rae ?? ........Just wondered as The Twit is in need of a collar

Hi Rae

Can you pm me with prices and details of your Bioflow stuff please???? I am a right old crock with more bits which ache than dont and I have been promising to get myself a bracelet for a while.

Many years ago, I remember my sisters' old pony, who was at least ninety ten and very creaky, started to wear them around his pasterns and he improved massively. Heres hoping I too shall be rejuvenated!!!!

Yes Id like some info too Rae - if you have the time. My old copper bracelet has snapped and Id like another type now. I use mine for aches and pains too

Yes - I'm still doing the bioflow :)

Hannah - no probs do you want me to post one or bringit ot hte HIll Sprint?

Janis & Peony - if you PM me your address I'll pop the stuff in the post for you.

I did a 2.5 hour fast hack yesterday - first time I've ridden for months and I'm not even stiff this morning - I really do think it's cos of my wonderful bio-flow bracelet.

Rae :D
