Shame about the weather spoiling the views from the top...I was looking forward to seeing those views...never mind you will have to take some more next time... :thumbsup:

We have quite a few people we know that moved down to Castleton..when the cement works closed here, they have come to your part of the world to work at the cement works there...

It took us just under 2 hours, which is exactly what the walk said it would take! We walked from Edale, I think it's a little bit longer to do it from Castleton as it's slightly further. It was a little bit steep going up, but not too bad! :- "

The weather is lovely today and quite clear - would've been fantastic views from the top! :angry: But we had to go yesterday as that is Richard's day off, so we try to get out and away from the parish. :thumbsup:
