THE COUNTRYMAN CHALLENGE TROPHY was awarded to "TROY" & Maria Hill again this year & the reserve went to "STORM" owned by Ian Fisher.

Would like to say a big thank you to all the judges over the weekend & to all competitors for their support & sportsmanship!!! Also a big WELL DONE to all the winners!!

I have just been advised that I missed off some very important results!!!

Each day after the hurdles had finished a competition was ran between the men (loosely termed ha ha) on Saturday our champ was Richard Daubney, with Paddy coming reserve. Sunday Richard defended his title well & was crowned champ again with Paddy coming a closer reserve than on the day before. Richard was then awarded the man's hurdles champion perpetual trophy, much to his delight!!! I am led to believe that it was like watching Chariots of Fire!! Paddy is off down the gym to work on his leg muscles ready for next years rematch!!! Pair of :clown: :clown:

Rant 'n' Rave was slipper for the numpties hurdles!!! Brilliant pic Maggi!! Have showed paddy & he admits to interfering with Richard but Paddy assures me that Richard begged him to interfere!!!! :wacko: Debbie I don't believe that the days of drunken stupidity have finished for you!!!! We hope to have more entries in this event for 2012!! Ladies will be straight racing only!!
