i called them boring pics because i can't do action shots and they either stand staring at me or i get lots of rear views of whippets or empty woods where seconds earlier there was a gorgeous whippet skipping after a squirrel (w00t)

they are lovely pics ! keep them coming!

i know what you mean with the back side shot,i get plenty of them too.

The reason i took the camera into the woods was because all the other pics i posted were the dogs on the sofas  or lying in the sun.

To be honest unless they are out with us they spend most of their time lounging around,we regularly check Woody for a pulse just in case (w00t)

Lovely photos . Very handsome dogs. :huggles:

Thanks for the nice comments.

I love the guys but tend to forget that not everyone does and just because i want to post lots of pics doesn't necessarily make any one else interested.

Can you tell i've been nagged by my OH about taking whippet pics to post.

Yep the baldy man has been on my case because i kept holding everyone up on the walk today so i could take a few snaps, even though this was just a nice walk and there was no need to rush. (w00t)

Everyones a critic eh

I can see why (s)he has a squashed muzzle ( like many whippets - forgot to stop when running towards a tree) but why has he lost his tail?

(Anyone who says the dog is NOT a whippet just consider - you can tell it's a whippet as the ear carriage is the same on both dogs :D )

(w00t) Neither of them are whippets

Bryn is a whippetX jrt and normally his ears are the usual whippet rose shape but today he wore them casual.

Actually from time to time Bryns ears just do their own thing (w00t)

As for the ugly bitch beside him, if anyone finds a tail lying around anywhere its probably hers (w00t)
