AND ON ONE OCASSION ARRIVED IN THE AFTERNOON.... OUR CLASS WAS IN THE MORNING......... :- "

Poor Kobi, you obviously have a lot to contend with!

Please try and understand that humans have lots of failings - but as you said - she is a very good cook and feeds you very well.
