out on our walk this morning wishie (aloysious) my oh so proud borzoi spotted a wild camoflage teddy lurking in the undergrowth and just had to carry it all the way home to keep the numbers down!

he's such a funny boy!

yep - green camoflage teddy au vin for us all tonight - open invite to all hounds!!!!!!!

wishie the wonder wolfhound has slain all wiltshire wolves and is now making sure we all sleep safe in our beds this winter

but let me tell you why he is really so special

when he was 8 months old he had a tumour growing on his skull

i found a wonderful surgeon and drove him 4 hours away to have an incredible operation to remove along with half of his skull!

he came through it and now he is fully recovered and i am so proud of my beautiful and loving dog - my special boy

That must have been very traumatic for you all, so pleased he was able to have an op and recover. He's lovely :wub:

yep - thats it right up top of the trauma list with a capital T!

i thought i would die if he didnt make it - if you knew his character - he can open doors and stairgates with his mouth (its big enough!) and even the ones made for giant babies with ease - swear he did engineering in his last life!

i have aloysiuos's (teeth in!) brother too - flyte - they are both named after brideshead revisited - wishie after the teddy and flyte after the big poofter - sebastian flyte!

kinda sums them both up really!!!
