I offered to return the tropy Blaze won in 2004 but you didn't want it. I'm not suprised as it fell apart before I got it home and isn't very nice at all. You said you were going to replace it last year for the 2005 winner. We are in the process of getting it replaced for Blaze so she has something nice we can put on display. If you want it back now you're quite welcome to it. It had no plaques or plates on it so it's not like it's got her name on or anything.

P.S Red Reign did not recieve a cup in 2004 he won a small porcelain dog and a big whippet head. However refer to the 2005 December whippet news and you can clearly see OB2 with both the whippet head trophy and a large cup.

Hope this is helpful.

P.P.S Dec 05 whippet news says in Calgary report that the dog and bitches trophies were brand new and donated by Nick and Pat Jobson and Steve and Wendy Potts.

A good turn out well done to all who ran and to the NNWRF

We have had to replace so many trophies over the past 2 years its unfair

Hi Fleesh,

Yeah, I do remember the whippet head, that went back. The porcelain whippet was donated by Sue Rodgers, and one of the best trophies/momentoes I have. Can't remember any trophy though?

Still fondly remember you agreeing to run without kickboards after the one I was using had gone back in the car. Sportsmanship.

Regards,

Paul
