my nan in law is diabetic. not coping so well with the restrictions either, and is constantly sneaking sweets and chocolates and sugar in her coffee. not like she can get away with it either when my mum in law does her readings. last big binge hers got to 14.3 and boy was her doctor upset, trying to get her to understand how dangerous going over even 10 can be for her with her age and other health complications.
