A couple of pics of the gorgeous new addition. His name was Marley (not that he answers to it!)but we know a few Marleys so it will be changed. I quite like ''Mostyn'' because my Mum and Dad were near there when I phoned them to tell them a pup needed a home  They haven't really thought of names as had planned to get an older dog who would already have a name!

:D Oh what a very handsome boy!!! He looks just like my first whippet Jake who lived to the ripe old age of 16.

Good luck with your new arrival.

I think he has a name now - they have more or less settled on ''Sidney'' which really suits him. Welcome to the family, Sid!

Welcome Sidney

He is beautiful. He has eyes just like Toddy.

He looks so lovely - I bet your Mum is absolutely thrilled with him.

My Mum just said Sid had a great first night, he slept in his bed on the landing, didn't whimper or cry all night. Tried to come into the bedroom twice (they left the door open), once to be let out and the other time my Mum just 'back in your bed' and he went, bless him. He's also really good in the car and very sociable when he's out so they are thrilled with him.

He's fast, though. I thought my two could run but flipping heck Sid's an absolute whizz! He has loads more energy than even my firecrackers had at that age - good job Mum knows what she's let herself in for!
