Hi Janis,

Just a friendly note, I wondered if you're doing anything special this coming Sunday because there are some good programmes on the tele, or you could go to the new Star Wars film, or how about a nice walk, you could get some nice shots with you new camera, of course there is always ironing to be done and maybe a little gardening. I just didn't want you to be bored.

Your friend

Jenny  :ermm:

Il probably have hubby up crack of dawn - to set off as soon as possible. Picnic and flask packed. Im all prepared Ive bought a new blue Paws blanket today when I came out of work, some pigs ears and a chew for Oscar. Got some puppy food in ready. Got camera batteries at the ready, lead for the PC  Extra toys at the ready. :clown:

Putting the crate back up this week - and preparing the puppy bed.

Then Im filling a bottle of water, got the towels and wipes at the ready for the journey , a small dog collar and lead. A small bowl mmmmmmm have I forgotten anything.

Then off to Bonnie Scotland to pick up me little darling o:) - hooray. Should be home around 4-5 pm all being well.

Oh, good luck Janis!!

One tip I got from K9 when I went to pick up Josie was to ask for a bit of rag from the puppies bed - all filthy dirty and smelling of familiar comforts. I got a piece about 6 inches square from Josie's breeder and it really comforted Josie in her bed for weeks - she still has it now although I doubt it smells of anything except her. The children dig it out every so often and put it in her bed

Yes Thanks Helen - Emma the pups breeder is giving me a piece of blanket that smells of his mum and family :huggles:

You could make Saturday pass quicker by coming to the Hound show at Spennymoor Leisure Centre to meet his dad! And lots of other local whippets and their owners who would love to meet you. Perhaps we will get you hooked on the show world?????
