I was going to say that Diane - beautiful pics, but the one of Vince, Julia and Oscar needs to be in a frame on their wall - it's perfect  Well done Trish, and thanks for sharing

well done all the winners and finalist. would have loved to have been there but a bit too far to travel with only one dog. hopefully next year

I enjoyed my visit and I enjoy seeing the photos of Tintreach (one word, don't pronounce the 'e', Irish Gaelic for lightning) in the heavyweight veterans. That's the last racing photo, blue jacket #2, posted 10.44. Seeing those photos, in which he was still well behind the winner, impresses on me how well he did to overcome his considerable handicap and end up being second by only a nose. He will be 7 next month; this was his first race in a year, first time out as a "veteran". A pity there weren't more veterans racing, but they had a good race anyway for the finals.

The speaker system was very good and reduced the anxiety I usually feel when I'm waiting for my dogs turn at the races and trying to keep track of what's happening
