Well Judy, i trapped Wilf & didn't see him crash into Penny. But i'm not saying it didn't happen, i just never saw it!

Dave Coway told me Wilf hit Penny, did anyone else see what happened?

Great weekend at the Northern - just like old times  Steve was poorly on Sunday though :( Just about made it to trap the dogs before bolting back to the caravan to :x I did try to tell him not to have the last pint, but he never listens :- "

Glad the injured dogs are now on the mend.

Thanks to the Northern team for putting on a great open. Shame about the weather, but at least it was showers and not downpours like it was in other areas. We are looking forward to coming up for the bend, although you may find Steve is teatotal from now on :D :D :D

 We could do a bowling match in the afternoon like we used to do and whack the rat and use Dave as the rat  now i,m for it

Wack The Rat! - that brings back memories Christine  Seem to remember I was absolutely hopeless at it :b And welly tossing (don't say a word!). I think me and Nigel won the bowls one year though. Do you remember, Mark Gregory used to spend all morning practising and then he'd beat us all at everything :D Them was the days!

Steve still has his horseshoes and the pole to try and throw them on. We could soon get a bit of pipe for "whack the rat", but do you think Dave will fit into it Chris? We could just whack him anyway - what do you think? (Love you really Dave :huggles: )

We have a pogo stick - that might make an interesting competition!!

Wellies aren't a problem, we have plenty of those for you to toss Judy!!

I think we should forget tossing the black pudding again though, it fell into a thousand pieces, and the dogs went round hoovering it up!!

Bowling was good, but there's not much grass on the top now for that, and I don't think any self respecting bowler would allow his bowls to be used on the stones!!

Petanque might be OK, but I don't know the rules.

We once did a golf competition - chipping into a tyre - I remember that 'cos I won!!

Penalty shoot out was fun - not for me though, I missed every time

We will have to get together and arrange some fun stuff for September
