Missed you and Jane, Julie hopefully we can catch up for a natter at Gloucester    Just want to say a big thank you to Jacquie for helping us with Hector today after he decided to rip to shreds one of the kids waterproof coats then he flat packed his cage and ran riot in the landy  (w00t)   He then was put in disgrace into Jacquies reinforced cage  (w00t)   :lol: were he was quiet as a mouse for the rest of the afternoon.  :lol:

Thanks to all at the Northern too - we had a great time :cheers:

We were out for a meal with friends on Saturday, and just got back for the end of the Karaoke, but as you can see from the pics, a good time was had by all. I wonder what Steve was saying in that pic?????

You have a great gang up there at the Northern, and everything was so well organised. Shame you don't know how to organise the weather :lol: (w00t) :lol:

Great to see ex-racing manager John Maudsley there with his two boys, and Bob On, who seemed to be sporting the same hair colour as John (w00t) John was getting tempted to start racing again, so hopefully we will see him in the future.

Our Dangermouse started her racing career at the Northern, so we decided as she will be 10 in October, the Northern is where she should have her last race. After being beaten easily by WCRCh Diamond Sapphire Star in the heat, you can imagine our elation at little Mousie winning the final - she trapped like a demon :thumbsup: So nice for her to go out on a high, even though the entry wasn't the biggest. She will enjoy being a puppy trainer at Gloucester in her retirement, and will watch on as her own pups, and grandpups race on.

We will look forward to next year and the 21st Anniversary, which promises to be a great occasion. See you all there :thumbsup:

Oooowa, I would have liked to have seen John & Bob On again How was Bob. He must be 10 years old now. Does he still look like Fiddler?

Judy, Bob did still look just like Fiddler, and he was desperate to have a run. He screamed at the lure. He is 10 and a half now, and John did let him have a trial on the vets straight - Bob's face was a picture - he soooo enjoyed himself :lol:

He has gone very grey though - so John will probably kill me when I see him again for likening the two (w00t)

weve got a race name set up for oliver which is a part of both his sire and dam,what do you think of deadly twister??????

Oh no I've been caught

It was great to see you John - you really must get another whippet and come back racing - Patrick has still to use his first collar and lead that he had as a Christening pressie. Bob was looking great - lovely to see he hadn't forgotten a thing and was so excited to be there. He could train your new pup for you :teehee: Plus, when you go camping, the boys will have one whippet each to go into their sleeping bags to keep them warm :thumbsup: Am I selling you on the idea yet? :- "
